5 million is too cheep for this king of a house

Not a fan of the colors or materials on the outside! Not very visitor friendly nor to have people over especially in inclement weather! A great deal of wasted space at the front of the house. Some very good interior spaces but they lack continuity from room to room. The three level fireplaces on either side is a good idea, but not the waste of double stairs to the back yard! Transitioning furniture in and out to all levels would be a major undertaking. The side garage is also a plus but the narrow driveway is a blind turn and vehicles could easily encounter each other forcing someone to have to back up. Given the generous tree cover, the back yard should be expanded a bit more to give it more functionality and flexibility! Give it a 7 depending on price, but something tells me from the "creme de la creme" description means its overpriced!

Zillow says 23K square feet, last sold in 2020 for $3.3 million after listing at $3.8 mil. I'm seeing a couple of basic design mistakes and poor decorating choices.

I'm sorry but this home is a hot mess. Some refined taste and less pretention would go a long way here. It's sad to see people with new money be so poorly advised. It looks like an overpriced decorator from Las Vegas threw up all over the place.
